Our ‘BREATHE NATURE’ explanation:

Tradescantia zebrina, also known as the “Wandering Jew“, is a plant that instantly seduces you with its striking appearance and vibrant colours. It gets its name from its swaying, creeping growth patterns, which give it the freedom to ‘wander’ through your home. But rest assured, it has nothing to do with the old myth of the “Wandering Jew”, which is about a man who had to wander forever. Instead, this cheerful plant is a colourful, tropical beauty!

With its striking striped leaves in green and silver, and a hint of purple, the Tradescantia zebrina brings instant energy and charm to your home. Native to Central and South America, it likes bright spots but not direct sunlight. She is also very easy to maintain – give her a little water, an occasional mist shower for extra shine, and she stays happy.

To keep her beautiful and full, you can trim the branches occasionally. This will make the plant grow fuller and prevent it from becoming too long and lanky. Whether you place her in a hanging basket or on a shelf, the “Wandering Jew” is guaranteed to bring a playful, exotic atmosphere to your home!

All things considered:

  • Put it in the light, but not in blazing sun.
  • Water when the soil is dry – not too much!
  • A misting shower occasionally for some glamour.
  • Cut off long branches for a fuller look.
  • Room temperature is perfect, no sauna or freezer!

“Enjoy every moment with your best friend forever from the ‘BREATHE NATURE’ collections!”
