Our ‘BREATHE NATURE’ explanation:

The Rhipsalis horrida, also called the “Mouse Tail Cactus” has a name that immediately arouses curiosity. That comes from its drooping branches that resemble the tails of mice, with a shaggy, hook-like texture that gives it a playful, almost fluffy appearance. The name “horrida” means “terrifying” in Latin, but rest assured that despite her tough name, she has no sharp spines, so you can just give her a hug without a sting!

This plant comes from the tropical rainforests of South America, where it likes a little moisture and light. She’s super easy to care for: put her in a bright spot but not in bright sun, water occasionally when the soil is dry, and she’ll be fine for a while without your worry. Thanks to its playful look and low-maintenance nature, the “Mouse Tail Cactus” is the perfect plant for those who want a unique, cool green companion that doesn’t demand much!

All in all:

  • Place the plant in a bright spot, but not in direct sunlight.
  • Water moderately – let the soil dry out between waterings.
  • Let her chill out occasionally; she can do without you for a few weeks.
  • Humidity is fine, but not a diva requirement.
  • Put her in a warm place, out of drafts.

“Enjoy every moment with your best friend forever from the ‘BREATHE NATURE’ collections!”
